Office Partitions
Office partitioning is the most cost-effective solution to provide a permanent or temporary workspace. Available in a variety of materials including glass, plasterboard and steel, a bespoke solution can be created in any combination of these finishes.
As a modular system, this product is available in a variety of standard heights ranging from 2400mm – 3000mm, which can be multi-tiered to increase height where necessary. Also, due to its inherent design, installation times on site are dramatically reduced when compared with conventional stud and plasterboard systems, furthermore most panels can easily be dismantled and relocated at a later date.
All systems take into consideration acoustic and fire resistance properties to meet individual and Building Regulation requirements. All systems have a standard range of accessories such as doors, integral blinds, glass manifestation, and finishes to incorporate your company ethos.
Teepee also offer a complete fit-out facility where we install one or all of the following services:-
- Suspended ceilings with optional concealed grid
- Decoration – painting and vinyl wall coverings
- Floor coverings – carpet tiles, wood and vinyl flooring
- Electrics – lighting, small power, data cabling
- HVAC – Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Obtain Building Regulation Approval on clients behalf
Workshop Partitions
Steel partitions are ideal for an industrial environment covering a wide range of applications such as clean rooms, factory partitioning, inspection rooms, offices, secure stores, warehouse partitioning and manufacturing workshops.
This versatile and cost-effective modular system is available in various panel configurations that can include combinations of steel, mesh and glass. All panels are manufactured using either a single or double sheet steel skin, with standard panel heights ranging from 2440 – 3660mm high, which can also be multi-tiered to increase height where necessary.
Extremely versatile, steel partitions can provide acoustic and fire resistance properties on double skin partitioning systems which can be designed to meet individual and Building Regulation requirements.
All industrial partitioning is available with a variety of accessories such as sliding and roller shutter doors, plastic strip curtains and integral blinds. All panels are supplied with a durable epoxy powder coated paint finish available in a range of standard paint finishes.

SEMA Trained
At Teepee all our approved inspectors are fully insured and trained in accordance with SEMA standards, enabling annual expert inspections to be carried out every 12 months to meet HSE requirements.
ANNUAL INSPECTION
Accompanied with all detailed reports will be a 12- month completion certificate, furthermore Teepee will contact you 3 – months prior to your next inspection with a no obligation reminder quotation.
WORKING WITH YOU
Teepee will provide free support to your PRRS representative for 12 – months. We also offer further discounts on additional site inspections throughout the year (if required), plus multi – site inspections.
MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES
As an approved SEMA accredited supplier, we can provide a no obligation quotation to undertake any repair work and maintain manufacturers warranties. Our fully insured repair service only uses genuine components and qualified SEIRS installers.
