Do you require planning permission to install a mezzanine floor?
Generally, you do not need planning permission to install a mezzanine floor into your building, premise or warehouse. However, you will need to obtain the approval of building regulations for health and safety reasons.
Will there be a disruption/ impact on my business during the mezzanine flooring installation process?
We will ensure that we keep any disruption to a minimum however, the area in which you are having the mezzanine floor installed in will need to be closed off, cleared out and won’t be accessible until the project is completed due to health and safety reasons. However, all of this will be discussed with you before we start any work.
