Sales Executive

We are currently looking to recruit a sales executive currently involved within storage and handling industry or office interiors. This role would suit an experienced sales executive or someone currently involved in the design / estimating department who wishes to progress to a sales executive.

This role involves:-

  • Research business opportunities, contacting and arranging site visits.
  • Assess customer’s requirements; take measurements and photographs of site.
  • Estimate works, produce quotation and relevant drawings.
  • Present quotation to client in line with Teepee brand values.
  • On receipt of order attend handover meeting with Teepee project engineer / client.
  • Create and maintain a personal rapport with all existing customer accounts.
  • Undertake an agreed number of weekly cold sales calls.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on activities and achievements against pre-set monthly / annual targets, and present to management.
  • Maintaining contact with client / installation teams to ensure project is completed to client’s satisfaction.
  • Ensure invoices are raised at regular intervals, and ensure client payments are made to agreed schedule.

The successful candidate must be opportunist, positive, presentable, excellent presentation skills and professional at all times accompanied with a working knowledge and use of AutoCad as well as basic ‘MS Office’ skills.

 Office Administrator (Job Role)

We are currently looking to recruit an office administrator to work within our Projects Department. This role would suit an experienced person dealing within customer enquiries and assisting the sales and project team with daily administration activities.

This role involves:-

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and action accordingly.
  • Review incoming emails and post then distribute accordingly.
  • Book all new enquires into CRM system including updating database.
  • Produce quotations and general sales letters for field sales team.
  • Book in orders, produce order acknowledgements and process invoices.
  • Create new purchase orders for projects team.
  • Send out and monitor ISO 9001 questionnaires to clients.
  • Ensure Sub–contractor files are up to date with relevant insurances.
  • Assist in general marketing and monthly sales figures.

The successful candidate must be hard working, presentable, ability to develop good relationships with customers / colleagues, and have excellent level of PC literacy (MS Office)

Telesales / Administrator (Job Role)

We are currently looking to recruit a telesales / administrator to work within our Mail Order and Racking Inspection Department. This role would suit an experienced person who has previous experience in selling industrial products to B2B clients.

This role involves:-

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and action accordingly.
  • Carry out 30+ outbound (cold calls) per day to generate new business.
  • Maintain and develop existing client base to increase current spend.
  • Input all feedback into CRM system.
  • Produce quotations and follow up within 1-2 working days.
  • Process customer’s orders and deal with any queries.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to client.

The successful candidate must be hard working, presentable, ability to develop good relationships with customers / colleagues, and have good level of PC literacy (MS Office)
