Types of partitions we supply include:

Demountable Industrial Partitions:

Our demountable partitioning is constructed from an aluminium framework available in three colours (anodised aluminium/grey/white). Standard modules are available in heights of up to 3000mm and widths of up to 1200mm but can be changed to suit individual requirements.

All of our industrial steel partitions are pre-manufactured and then delivered to site to ensure minimal disruption, as opposed to conventional stud and blockwork systems. Our partitions are available in several panel configurations such as all solid, solid/glass, solid/glass/solid, solid/mesh, and all mesh.

The modular design of our partitioning walls means spaces can be transformed into manufacturing rooms, security stores, clean rooms, inspection rooms and offices. Because of their construction, all panels can be easily replaced in the event of damage, compared to stud and blockwork systems.

Fire–rated industrial Partitions:

Depending upon the location and functionality of the partitioning walls within your building, partition walls may require acoustic or fire resistance properties to meet either individual or building regulation requirements. Fire-rated partitioning walls usually provide 30/60-minute fire resistance to either create a safe means of escape or compartmentalise buildings.

Steel Industrial Partitioning Systems:

Industrial steel partitioning is a single skin system suitable for a wide range of applications, such as offices, production rooms, security stores, inspection rooms, etc.

They are available in a variety of panel widths, with standard heights ranging from 2,400mm, 2700mm or 3000mm high. All steel partition wall panels can be extended to achieve a height of 10,000mm.

Clean Room Partitions:

Clean room partitioning systems are designed for manufacturing areas where a clean process or controlled environment operates. Like double skin partitioning, our specially designed clean room partitioning systems are fitted with 2-line panel joints and flush-fitted glazing, designed to achieve a Class 5 clean room environment when used with the appropriate HVAC systems.

Anti-static/electro-dissipative and antimicrobial powder coatings are also available.

Hygienic Industrial Partitions:

Hygienic partitioning systems are generally required for clean areas such as laboratories, hospitals, food preparation areas and factories where dust and dirt may be an issue within the working environment and manufacturing.

Our system comprises a High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) composite board, which can be cleaned effortlessly. HPL has a white smooth-faced available in widths of 1,200mm and heights of up to 4,800mm, which can easily be cut onsite to accommodate service ducts, windows, etc.
