Selective Pallet Racking:
Direct-access racking used where fast picking and SKU variety take priority over density. Often deployed in ambient storage and dispatch zones.
Very Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking:
Used where warehouse height is prioritised over floor area. These systems increase storage capacity while maintaining direct pallet access using guided handling equipment.
Drive-in Racking System:
Designed for LIFO and FIFO systems, drive-in systems maximise cube utilisation in cold stores where space is expensive to operate, allowing access from both ends where required.
Double Deep Pallet Racking System:
Double deep pallet racking is based on standard pallet racking but designed to hold two pallets deep, using the FILO (First In, Last Out) principle.
Push Back/Live racking Pallet Racking:
Designed for multiple pallet depth storage using a lane-based system. Suitable for medium-turnover goods where controlled LIFO or structured picking sequences are acceptable.
Pallet Live Racking (FIFO):
Roller-based FIFO systems that allow pallets to move forward automatically as stock is picked. Commonly used in chilled and high-turnover environments.
